There are two paths to the Draracle's lair, depending
upon which of the gemstone eyes you placed in the Dragon's Eye on the
wall. If you chose the Emerald, you will find the Jeweled Dagger, after
solving a trick puzzle.
If you chose the Saphire path, the Silver Goblet is what you seek,
which rests behind a secret passage in a chest. Either way is just as
good, and either will grant you the wisdom of the Draracle.

TO FIND VAELEN'S CUBE
Depending upon what decisions you have made in LANDS of LORE up to
this point, the cube may be found in one of two places. If it is not in
Paulson's cache of items (in the Urbish mines, level 4), then you can
find it with Dawn at the covered wagon.
HOW
TO GET PAST THE 3RD LEVEL OF THE WHITE TOWER
When traveling within the third level of the White Tower, be sure to
bring along the rare Emerald Swords (two can be found in the game). Their
magical properties can be very effective against undead beings. Vaelan's
Cube is also works well against the wraiths.
GETTING PAST
THE LOCKS IN CASTLE CIMMERIA
Ever had trouble trying to pick a lock in Scotia's Castle? We thought
so! Now, as everyone knows, you need to be experienced in these sorts of
things, and that means having a high ROGUE skill before attempting some
of the more challenging locks in Castle Cimmeria.
Be sure that the Chracter picking the lock (the one that is highlighted)
has a rogue skill of at least 5 or higher.
You say you don't have a character with these abilities? Well, there
are a few items in the game that can magically increase the Rogue skill
of any player. One of the Great Axes (Master) will increase your rogue
skill by +1, and so will the jade necklace. Be sure to be wearing or
using the special items to acquire the bonuses that come with them. You
can also increase your rogue skill by practicing with the Crossbow or Bow
and Arrows.
HOW TO DEFEAT SCOTIA
Scotia can only be defeated by the power of the whole truth, which can
see through the lie of the Nether Mask. To gain the whole truth, you must
have the Ruby of Truth (gained in the Swamp) and the Shard of Truth
(Which King Richard gives you for rescuing him). Once you have both, pick
up one and click it on the other to combine them.
Now, when you see Scotia, pick up the Whole Truth and right-click it on
one of your characters to use it WHEN SHE IS IN BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONS.
Be sure to do it early -- if Scotia reaches her final, Executioner form,
she is unbeatable.
