  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar position.
  • Good written and interpersonal skills.
  • Widely read.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative skills and provide examples.
  • College education a plus.
  • Incredible passion and desire to create the best games.
  • Must be a fan and player of many games within these genres.
